Într-o competiție intensă pe piața chatboților AI, companiile din China investesc masiv în atragerea utilizatorilor. Acest lucru a devenit evident în perioada festivităților de Anul Nou Lunar, când Alibaba, Tencent și ByteDance au lansat promoții lucrative pentru a încuraja consumatorii să utilizeze aplicațiile lor. Potrivit npr.org, aceste strategii de marketing au dus la stabilirea unor recorduri de utilizare pentru platformele AI.

Alibaba a alocat peste 430 de milioane de dolari pentru promoțiile din timpul sărbătorii, iar Tencent și Baidu au oferit milioane de cupoane și premii. Investițiile totale ale aplicațiilor de top sunt estimate la peste 1,1 miliarde de dolari în această perioadă. George Chen, analist tehnologic, afirmă că „competiția între jucătorii tech din China se intensifică din nou, lucru care este benefic din perspectiva inovației.”

Printre cei care s-au bucurat de aceste promoții se numără și Li Hao, un tânăr de 19 ani care a încercat chatbotul Qwen de la Alibaba pentru a comanda un ceai cu lapte și a afirmat: „Am încercat-o și am primit un ceai cu lapte, dar după aceea nu am mai folosit-o.” Această experiență subliniază provocarea companiilor de a menține utilizatorii după ofertele atractive.

👉 Integrarea chatboților AI în servicii multifuncționale

În timp ce chatboții din SUA pun accent pe dezvoltarea celei mai avansate tehnologii, companiile chineze se concentrează pe utilizarea practică a aplicațiilor. Qwen, de exemplu, permite utilizatorilor să comande ușor un ceai cu lapte printr-o simplă comandă vocală, integrarea cu aplicația de plăți Alipay facilitând astfel alegerea rapidă a opțiunilor disponibile.

ByteDance's Doubao este integrat în platforma Douyin, iar Yuanbao de la Tencent este asociat cu WeChat, permițând astfel utilizatorilor să efectueze diverse acțiuni, de la rezervarea unui bilet de avion la programarea unei întâlniri medicale. Aceste funcționalități demonstrează ambiția companiilor de a transforma chatboții în aplicații multifuncționale.
